All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our Website; however, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed:
- We will fulfill the available items.
- You will be contacted regarding the backordered item.
- You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Shipping charges are collected at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once paid.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
AM Models & Toys gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided that:
- The return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
- The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please note:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers must arrange their own return shipping.
- Once returned items are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
AM Models & Toys honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.
- Customers must pre-pay return shipping; we will reimburse shipping costs upon successful warranty approval.
- Once the returned item is received and the claim validated (within 7 days), you may choose one of the following:
- A refund to your original payment method,
- A store credit, or
- A replacement item (if available).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping Times (UK)
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping (£15): 3–4 business days
4.2 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
- We are closed on national holidays but will make every effort to minimize shipment delays during these periods.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Changes to your delivery address can be made at any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to update your information.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box addresses via standard postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these shipments.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will:
- Dispatch the available items immediately, and
- Send the remaining items once they are restocked.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If your delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- At delivery: If possible, reject the parcel and notify our customer service team immediately.
- After delivery: Contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence, and we will advise you on the next steps.

Sales tax is included in the prices displayed on our Website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
As we currently do not offer international shipping, import duties and taxes do not apply.

8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Returns section above.
9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the damage.
9.2 Lost Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier has confirmed that the parcel has been officially declared lost.
